All NUB//ZERO products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Lost or undelivered packages: If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait 3 business days and then contact us at [your contact email]. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with Printful to send a replacement.
Customs & duties (international orders): Import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
